Introduction of Machine:
The H beam profile CNC Band sawing machine is mainly used for sawing H-Beam profile, Channel/U Beam profile, Box-Beam and other cross-section workpieces. It has superior performance, high cutting precision, high-power cutting, convenient operation, and high production efficiency.
Machine structure and configuration:
The CNC Band sawing machine is mainly composed of sawing frame, bed beam, vertical feeding device, vertical pressing device, rotating table, hydraulic system, cooling system and other components.
The machine can use the touch screen to input the workpiece parameters in advance, and the sawing machine will automatically adjust the working process according to the input workpiece parameters; the processing parameter information can be displayed and monitored on the display screen in real time.
The sawing frame is welded by square steel pipe and steel plate, which makes the strength and precision of the sawing frame more stable. The sawing frame obtains the longest durability and very good rigidity under the conditions of high cutting load and sawing blade tension. The sawing frame is guided and supported by the guide rail, so that the force of the sawing frame is basically uniform.
The feed of the sawing frame adopts hydraulic servo proportional valve and encoder, which can realize digital feed, and can realize the workpiece: fast feed, slow feed, and fast feed. When sawing H-Beam profile, the order of the inclined sawing blade contacting the workpiece is: Single-Sided Flange→Double-Sided Flange→Web→Double-Sided Flange→Single-Side Flange. Therefore, the load of the sawing blade changes. In order to avoid the phenomenon of "big horse-drawn trolley" on the changing end face of sawing, and to improve the efficiency of sawing, the machine tool controls the hydraulic servo proportional valve through its numerical control function, and automatically converts the feed speed and wire cutting speed of the sawing blade to make the load basic balance. It not only gives full play to the power of the main motor, but also ensures the load safety of the sawing blade.
The CNC Sand sawing Machine has the main motor current detection function. When the motor is overloaded, the sawing feed speed will automatically decrease. Since the internal stress of H-Beam is released during the sawing process, the sawing blade may be "clamped". At this time, part of the reciprocating cutting function can be used. When sawing H beam with a width of more than 500mm, when the sawing blade cuts to the web, there can be several automatic lifting and falling control processes, which greatly reduces the chance of the sawing blade being "pinched".
The movable sawing blade guide device and the side pressing device move together, the structure is stable and the movement is flexible.
The rotating worktable adopts a gantry structure, which has good rigidity, strong stability, and flat sawing section.
The band sawing blade adopts hydraulic tension, and the sawing blade maintains good tension during rapid movement, which prolongs the life of the sawing blade. Users can adjust the pressure according to the size of the section steel. There is also a detection device when the sawing blade breaks. When a fault occurs, the machine tool automatically senses and stops.
The sawing blade automatic cleaning system is equipped with a power rotating brush on the sawing blade frame to automatically clean the iron filings that may stick to the sawing blade after cutting.
The machine tool has a spiral chip removal system, which can discharge the iron chips in the chip receiving box of the machine tool into the chip removal box.
The machine has the function of turning 0°~45°: the workpiece does not move and the whole machine rotates, it can complete the bevel cut at any angle between 0°~45°. During the rotation of the worktable, the magnetic ruler detects the size of the rotation angle in real time, and stops when it reaches the set value. At this time, the braking device is used for braking to ensure the accuracy of the rotation angle.
