Machine Bed Worktable
|
Application: The machine bed frame is made of
steel plate welded structure, and the stress is
removed by tempering heat treatment, and the
accuracy is stable. The bed is installed on the
foundation through anchor bolts. Two linear ball
guide rails with high load-bearing capacity are
mounted on the plane parallel to the bed, and a
high-precision ball screw is mounted on each side
of the bed. A movable numerical control sliding
table is installed on the guide rail slider. The
longitudinal movement of the CNC sliding table is
driven by two AC servo motors for longitudinal
movement.

Gantry-moving frame
|
The gantry adopts steel plate welded structure, and
the stress is removed by tempering heat treatment.
The two outriggers are respectively installed on
the numerical control sliding table of the bed, and
move longitudinally along with the numerical
control sliding table. Two ball linear guides are
installed transversely in front of the cross beam of
the gantry, and a precision ball screw is installed
in the middle of the linear guides. The ball screw
is equipped with a horizontally movable CNC
slide. The CNC sliding plate drives the screw nut
of the ball screw through an AC servo motor to
realize lateral movement (X axis).

CNC vertical ram type drilling spindle head
|
On the CNC slide in front of the gantry-moving
frame, there are two ball linear guides and one ball
screw, on which is equipped with a ram-type
power head that can move vertically. The power
head is driven by the screw nut of the ball screw
with a brake AC servo motor for verticalmovement (Z axis). A balancing oil cylinder is
installed on both sides of the power head box to
balance and stabilize the vertical movement of the
power head.
The ram-type power head box is made of
high-quality gray iron casting, and the stress is
removed by tempering heat treatment. The power
head spindle adopts Taiwan key high-precision
high-speed internal cooling spindle. The spindle
taper hole BT50 has a butterfly spring automatic
tool broaching mechanism, and a hydraulic (air)
cylinder loosens the tool, making it very
convenient to change the tool. With center water
outlet and pneumatic chip blowing function.
Spindle rotation adopts Jianchun spindle special
servo motor to drive the spindle through a timing
belt, 1-2.5, low speed and large torque, which can
withstand heavy load drilling.

The Y-axis of the machine is equipped with a stainless steel protective cover, and both sides of the
X-axis are equipped with a flexible protective cover. Waterproof baffles are installed around the
workbench.

CNC electrical cabinet
|
The electrical cabinet is installed at the front left
of the machine. The electrical cabinet is equipped
with circuit breakers, power supplies, servo
transformers, control transformers, servo motor
drives, spindle motor inverters, and some
low-voltage electrical appliances required by the
equipment.
The CNC system of this machine tool is made by
YOKOGAWA, with electronic handwheel, which is
powerful and easy to operate. Equipped with a
portable computer and RS232 interface. With
processing preview and review functions, the
operation interface has man-machine dialogue,
error compensation, automatic alarm functions, and
can realize CAD/CAM automatic programming.

Hydraulic System
|
This machine is equipped with a hydraulic system
to complete the hydraulic balance of the vertical
ram and the hydraulic tool loosening of the
spindle. (And choose hydraulic clamping
manipulator according to customer requirements)
